Here’s a new post for us- one of our new blogs will be “The Kingdom Comings and Goings”.  Your nice blogger Betsy is still looking for where it is on our website, but we’ll find it! KC&G will focus on the really cool things our parishes are doing in their everyday lives.  Did you hear the one about the giant parish fair of St. Paul’s Woodbury, or that one about the St. John’s (Waterbury) Choristers who got selected for the special program?  That’s right… now you will!  Stay tuned as your favorite Vagabond ferrets out the great stuff happening in our own Diocese of Connecticut.

When you write a post, at the bottom of the page is a box that says, ” Allow Comments”.. you can uncheck this to not allow people to comment on your post.

Last week the Hartford Courant broke the news that the Archdiocese of Hartford was contemplating giving the axe to the Protestant programming on its radio station, WJMJ . That includes a few Episcopal programs, one sponsored by the Diocese. Down in Bridgeport the Diocese sponsors another weekly radio program on a secular Spanish-language station.

What’s the role of radio today?
